Originally, The Habit Flow (aka HBT_FLW) was meant to be a blog about productivity, hacks for building habits and finding flow. Ironically, I quickly discovered that maintaining the blog drained my energy and I hated it. All I really wanted to do was sew.

For as long as I can remember — from sewing tiny outfits for my dolls in kindergarten to crafting handbags for myself — creating has been my natural rhythm, the place where I enter the flow state effortlessly. So, I chose to stop wasting my time writing about spreadsheets and focus on what I love.

Rather than start from scratch, I decided to carry the name The Habit Flow forward, giving it new meaning — not as a site about building habits, but as a brand born from the habits that have always been part of me.

At HBT_FLW, everything is crafted with intention and playfulness. My hope is that each piece carries that spirit forward to you — that when you wear it, you feel a little bit of joy.

Because at the end of the day, life is better when we embrace what we love.
